I love the composition, subject matter, and the excitement & activity in the photo. Wonderful.
On a technical note, the purplish tint (perhaps from prinitng cn 400 on color paper) and pixelated sky (perhaps from low-res scan) detract from an otherwise wondeerful photo. I would recommend converting to grayscale to remove the color and perhaps get a good quality scan of the negative at a studio.
