Molto forte emozionalmente, questa immagine Regards Francesca.

Grazie per il tuo commento al "Capro". Mi chiedi cosa rappresenta. Non so dirti esattamente.

Hi Richard,

I rather prefer the original - I like the interesting reddish lighting on whatever is showing in center background. Composition is very good and great repeated colored highlights in the glasses.

thanks for your kind comments on my photo!

Best regards,

Rebecca, there are three simple chords in this photo, an A, D, and E. While experimenting with the movement, I found that fast appegios showed as a big blur. So I held those three positions while an assistant covered the lens for a fraction of a second as I changed. It still has the feel I was looking for, but there is little actual movement of my hands.
Regards,
Richard Dean

Very imaginative shot. The long exposure showing us the chording fingers, the movement. ( What is this, by the way? A C minor? ) Excellent image!

Always hard to deal with messy backgrounds. More so when they alter the subject as this one does. Without the background materials, the glasses might look plain. I did a little masking in PS, and this was how it looked.

I completely agree with you about the background, of course. I suppose I could set a shot like this up at home, but I don't have the glassware resources of Crate & Barrel. Thanks.

beautiful blue reflections. but i think it would of looked better if there was a plain background, but that can be hard when taking pics in a public place, i know.

well spotted and very well taken, the overall composition is great but like i said the background lets it down!

great work, well done

regards Andy
