Hey David! Yes, 100 years ago but sunny 16, remember that. Never had a use for that. I don't like to use an external light meter; Part of the fun on that kind of cameras IMHO. Thanks for the help! Carlheinz

I think the best way to know wich exposition is the best is to use the lightmeter of an other camera on the same subject. You can also use the sunny 16 rules. when it's sunny you put the shutter speed at the same number of the iso of the film or the closest speed Ex : iso 100 = 1/125 , iso 400 = 1/350. and you put the aperture to f16. it's supposed to give a correctly exposed pictures. for cloudy you put the apertur at f8. if you want another speed you have to use reciprocity. anyway just do a search on google for sunny 16 rules you will find a better explanation than mine.
PS scuse me if my english is bad.

Hi David! Very impressive and should really get more attention IMHO. I think the colors/effects are awesome; Love it. Hey, can I ask you something? I also bought a Lubitel recently. It's cleaned, loaded with ILFORD HP5 B&W and ready to shoot. I didn't find any rule of thumbs on the internet, so I'd like to ask you for an advice for sunny/cloudy with a 400 film. Thanks in advance and keep up the work! Carlheinz

Hey David! this is awesome and your best image in a while. And bravo, you processed it in E6 at home. Impressive! I love your results. The comp is great and the camera, X-processing and the post processing work together to create a strong and mysterious image. For me it looks like a memory of sneeking arround in the basement when I was young and exploring the stuff there. This is great und you should continue in that direction IMO. Cheers! Carlheinz PS: I bought a lubitel recently and will start working with it after my vacation.
