Lovely photo, the only criticism I have is that it seems to be a little noisy in the area where the light is casting above the shadowed section. Were you shooting on a high ISO setting? Composition is good, though I would've maybe suggested a little more panoramic view to expose more of the scenery to the left of frame. I really like the way beams of light draw your eyes from the top right of frame through to Mt Shukson and the beautifully captured reflections on the lake. I personally might've PS'd out the imperfections on the lake surface, plus a tweak of curves on the blue channel to neutralise some of the blue cast also allowing the greens in the foreground forest to come forward slightly.

I like the sky a great deal, Michael, but I don't feel that the tones of the nicely composed land and sea match. My personal preference would be for you to work on the levels overall a bit, and then select the land and sea and adjust its contrast to more nearly fit with the feel of the sky. I roughed up an example of my suggestion below.
It's a really lovely photo.

Thanks for the interest. The original pick is the ocean picture you commented on earlier. I duplicated it, mirrored it, and then distorted it's dimensions and colors. In the end, it appeared to me as molten lava. Thank you for showing interest

stunning photoart, am trying to figure out what is it. the thing i was able to notice is the left side is an identical copy of the right one.

I like the feeling in this shot - especially in the clouds. And you can almost feel the cold sand between your toes. I think it would have been more effective if you would have picked either the sky or the shoreline as the dominate feature when you were placing your horizon (rule of thirds), although I see what you were trying for with the 'symmetry'. I'm curious as to what lens filter you used for this capture.
