Beautiful-I love the shallow DOF here!  Do you shoot most of your macros with a tripod? (eek, I always shoot mine handheld!lol)
I love the vibrant green you picked up in this, and mr.bee is pretty cute.

It is wonderful to see native orchids in their natural surroundings You have done a nice job documenting this flower. I might suggest using a diffusion cloth/tent placed above the orchid to even out the light and give an even more saturated image. The white in te top background is a bit distracting.
