Interesting approach. I like the resulting colors and atmosphere. In some area's the effect is a little too strong. My approach would be to duplicate the original image to a new layer, apply the edges filter to the duplicate and select an opacity less than 100%.

Interesting object, well placed in the frame. I like the small part of the path is visible. The green edges add color to the image.

A very pleasing image. The limited range of colors suits the composition very well. I also like the blurry figure on the stairs.

Fantastic image. I like the composition, the nice details, and above all the beautiful light. Thanks for sharing the info about your approach. An example for us all.

Colors remind me of some surrealistic painters. I like the graphic effect of the image. I only think it would have been nice if there was more of the orange sign(?) visible to bring some 'life' into the image.

Can't add much to the extensive comments from Jacques and Fabrice except that i like the choice of clothing (black clothes for the blonde girl, and white for the other). Very good (as usual).

You're right about the nostalgic feel and your treatment of the image is great. I also like the way the noise softens the contrast in the image. Is the noice the result of a high ISO setting, or did you add it afterwards?

The whole is more than the sum of its parts... Colorful set of (nice) images, well presented. The only trouble with these kind of collections if that you have to see it at large size and i only have a small monitor!

Good choice for the square format. It works well with the diagonal lines. I like the composition and the color contrast between the butterfly and the background.

A very nice series of images. Good mix between overview and details shots. This one, i like for the fresh colors and the fine details.

Very nice composition. I like the blue of the 'eye' against the gray of the stairs.

Good composition, nice colors. Without the two trees it would have been a rather flat image. Well seen!

Interesting compostion and great toning. I realy like the light on the stairs and the way the cool toning of the moon contrasts with the other parts of the image.
I only think the stairs at the top left of the image get to much of the attention. I think it should be much softer or the rose should have been positioned there.

Ok, it's dark. But i noticed it between the thumbnails. In my opinion, the color of the bird is just right. Enhancing the brightness would result in unnatural looking color.

Simple effective landscape. The way the color in the image is limited to the small band in the middle is nice. Good use of the rocks in the foreground to add delpth.

I like the light shining through the petals. It gives a nice glow. One small note: i think a slightly smaller crop would be nice.
