Yeah, it's a bit blue, going for the coolness factor. I might back it down a bit before I print. Here's your B/W version.

Beautiful, soft and emotional. I love the close crop. Has a slight blue color cast on my screen, that I think would look better straight b/w or maybe warm toned. Great baby shot!

Very expressive photo. I think it could be a bit better if you were more above the baby than below. Nice catch.

I like this a whole lot, it gives me a the feelings of youth and of growing up discovering new thinks. As for the composition I think that I might have croped off some of the left side (back) of his head because the lighting back there is too bright and it makes it seem like there are two blinding light sources also cropping some of the back would make him look more as if he is looking into the future.......

Charisse, lighting was tough, far right was a burn at the start - this a bit rough and may need some better feathering, but how about it...

I love his expression! Nice pose--or should I say way he is sitting (it's hard to get these little ones to pose The only thing that I would change--and it is only my opinion--it seems too bright on his right side--and you lose almost all of the definition of his face--other than that, beautiful colors and composition! Regards, Charisse

Greg I really like this shot a lot and the desaturate w/ slight color only adds to the beauty, not always easy on that "magenta aspect" - so my pick is this one posted rather than the pure desaturate -- this is the kind of photo you can definitely experiment with, burn for more drama...have you tried the blur and smudge? -- TY for your comments, well done my friend! Amazing portrait. I love the odel's expression. It's just so mesmerizing. I can't tell what emotions she's experiencing. Btw, I have a slight preference for the desaturated version of the pic.

Thanks for your BW/Color comment, I do like mixing like this, however, I haven't fully resolved my use of color in this one, I really wanted to keep some color in the hair, it was quite cool - but the right side and far left background are not so hot. Here is a desatured (with a whisp of color left) version
