Beautiful and Fantastic. The single plant with it's shadow contrasts beautifully with the white sand. The interesting patterns compared with the empty blue sky is also most appealing. Fantastic job, this photo makes me want to add White Sands to my future vacations list.

Amazing Macro shot, you have really shown such a beautiful side of your subject. The detail in the closest flower is amazing, and the strong use of depth of field is perfect. The rich vibrant colors of the flower, contrasted with the more neutral tones of the backround make for a very interesting and visually appealing image. -Andrew

Michael, you have shown us the beauty in the details with this image! It is most interesting to see the way the smooth clean ball contrasts with the rough sandstone pillers with their algie stains and numerous imperfections. Great work! -Andrew

Tim, this is a very interesting image. The colors are amazing and the details in the foreground are absolutly beautiful. What is most interesting about the image, is how completely different the right corner of the image feels when compared to the rest of the image. In the right corner, the sky is much more calm, everything looks nice, neat and ordered, certainly not true about the rest of the image, with it's rich contrasty colors, amazingly complex details, and truely powerful sky. It is the coexistance of these two opposite states, that I most appreciate. -Andrew

Very beautiful portrait. I really like how you have the lighting coming from the right, making beautiful highlights on her face. The empty backround really lets you focus on the model and leaves the mind free to try to guess what she is thinking.
