Very sharp, good back lighting (was the flash used as a fill ?) , composition follows the rules. What makes the photo is the red coloured eye.

Hehe, superbe photo du pont de Normandie.
J'y suis passé en Fevrier et juste pu prendre 2 ou 3 clichés. Mais votre composition est bien meilleure . Bravo

The subject is interesting, seems to be a propaganda theme for a non democratic system : a good citizen don't talk nor see, or listen :-)
Now the critics: Why is this photo so small, try to have the 640 pixels allowed by this site , so we can have a better view.
The background should be more blurred to be less distracting.
The tree apes are too dark IMO , a fill flash could help in this case.
