....and i hope that it will be the same for the times to come! In that way you can really feel and smell the words - the one who wrote those things.
Thanks for your comment!

Thanks Linda! Thats why i always look among the first onto the hands of someone - sometimes they can tell a whole story in a fraction of a second.

You can see her kitchen in the reflection - you can see almost everything there in the original resolution. The micro nikkor is truly amazing! Thanks for looking!

@don: i do have another picture where the house outside is in focus. I have to have a closer look to this one.

@the kuru: it is not easy not to have a good quality with this nice lens.

Hi Jeanette!

Thanks for your comment to my cofe picture. It made me to have a look at your portfolio. I do like the way you take pictures a lot - the way you make very reduced pictures. Reduced but still appealing & powerfull - like this one!!!

Warm regards Andy

It is some kind of a small wind wheel which is situated at a sea.

Thanks for your comment! Yes it is not easy - the original PS file is about 20 mega pixel large and weights in around 300 MB! Almost to heavy for my power book to chew.....

Cheers,

Andy

Bruce, thanks for your precise remark! I do agree fully to your opinion. I did not carry a tripod on me - otherwise i would have tried despite the look of the people...
Despite of that i do like it because of its relaxing effect to me - i still can smell the sun & the coffee.

Cheers,

Andy

@Mark: Thanks for your comment! Hm, ok for the title...maybe not well chosen. I did use 3 gradation layers in combination with masks (don't know the english word for it): one for the bit darker frame, one for the sky (except the church itself) and one with a gradient to make the sky a bit darker at the top....that's all.

Perfectly made bw shot! It gives off very much tranquility. I especially like the single leaf there. Did you see it ore is it on the picture accidentally? Great work!

Hi Salvo!
I do like the bw version more than the color version (can't help, i am truely bw fanatic). The sky is very dramatic, well captured! Did you use some kind of filter in the middle of the picture?

@Cherie: you are looking stright up into the sky. The raw shot looks a way more boring, so tried to make the best with it.
What a nice blend (French/English); no need to write in german - english is perfectly ok with me.
