its an interesting picture, you might want to consider cropping the tip of the boat on the left off because it seems a bit distracting. Also the picture seems a bit unbalanced because there seems to be too much water ... try cropping a bit of that off too.. ....

Beautiful shot with a lovely frame. I just love a shot that is framed by something that is included in the picture. Awesome job!

Would it be too much to call this 'Post's post of a post'?!
Sorry, Dennis, I'm just taking a short break from some study and I needed a little light relief. :-))
Great detail on the rope!
Kind regards, Chris

How did you make this beautiful portrait in tones of white? Usualy I don't like this kind of photo, but this is different, special. I would like to compliment you on this portrait.

I like the repeatative line of poles, with the break in the end, going over the dyke.
I would've liked a bit more light in it in order to see the pole's feet too.
Nevertheless it's a good photo.

I like the bit of yellow taxicab entering the frame. Too bad no one was walking into the frame -- the guy walking across the street, back to us, is not incredibly compelling. The added grain also doesn't really contribute much here... it looks obviously introduced, as opposed to feeling like natural film grain. Apologies for being perhaps too harsh.. you obviously have a good eye. Keep at it!!

Thanks for your comment!
I really like this one, it is better than Manhattan Rush Hour 1. It gives me a great view of Manhattan, big buildings light in frond of the buildings, everywhere you look. The choice of seeing no people is great, this leaves you thinking, who busy is it there! The sky is wonderfull blue. Excellent!
