My God...life can be so hard, and your photo captures this so well. The colors are perfect..and your composition draws the eye to the worker's profile...unbelievable....great photo..Gloria

Hi Bill - Thanks for the visit and I'm honored by your compliment. Looks like you have joined your passions in life quite nicely. And, yes, living in the Bay area does have its photo ops. Though I do also like Paris when I can get away. - Mister Ken

Seems to be a snake (anaconda)... I'm joking... It's an interesting detail and a very well done shot. I like the colours of the rust and the idea. Congratulations, Fernando

Thank you for the comments Christine and Debra. The horses are on the other side of a fence and one came running to greet me as I approached the fence. The others soon followed. The farm is off Interstate 80 north of San Francisco near the town of Hercules. Regards, Mister Ken

The movement caught is wonderful. The horses appear as graceful as they really are. The soft delicate grass only enhances that. The background trees are lush and green however you didn't even need them in the picture as the horses take center stage.

It very majestic old tree and I think it's fantastic place.I adore such kind of wildness. But it's too much details and everything is equally sharp. It seems to be dark place, but some light or shadow...I'd like to see it in colors too.Maybe this black frame confuses me...too active frame this time.

Thanks for kind words!

Much better Ken,
She looks happier, and better exposure on the skin! And she looks way more attractive in this portrait!!

Go shoot a bunch of her, she has a nice smile. (not that they have to be smiling)
Have a nice evening!

Lori, thank you for your comments. And, yes, I believe they will help. I will try to avoid armpits in the future, even if they belong to a friend. I'm not so sure about what to do about the lipistick, but it's still a good thing to know. In addition to being my friend, Elsa is also my Yoga instructor and following the class I took some posed shots, none of which I felt worked (I leave one as an attachement). This was taken while she did some cool down exercises and was spontaneous; sort of an unposed pose and was a shot she favored. I cropped the original so it is no longer obviously a Yoga position. And I agree, the camera angle was too low; I was kneeling on the floor and she was standing. I suppose I was overcompsating for the differences in our heights. Thanks again, Mister Ken
