Dear Robin,
Your picture caught my eye as I was looking through 'night' pictures. I was wondering - are you a professional photographer or do you take pics just for enjoyment or as a hobby?
I am a book writer and I am always on the lookout for a good pic that may accenuate my work. I believe that this picture would be something that could go along with my latest work. How would one go about gaining permission to utilize this photo for possible use on a book cover? (Of course, the higher ups would have to okay the pic).
You would of course be given full credit on the copyright page.
Just get back to me whenever you can.

I REALLY like the theme of this shot. If there was any part that I would change, it would be the face. It looks just a touch underexposed. The other is her facial expression. I think she was trying to be pensive but the expression looks like she is a tad bit bored. Just a couple of thoughts to make a really good shot an exceptional one.
