I think you succeeded in taking this natural moment, she defintly looks amused.
Technically i would say that the use of the flash (or the light above) is not a very good idea since it's in the same axial as your point of view. Beside, the picture seems a bit unsharp, maybe a move, maybe the objective, i dunno.
The framing and her head position are very good tho.
Sharper and not on a bed i would say it is very GAP advertising like 
From my point of view this is the best shot you've made if her, but that's very personnal
Damn she's cute...  She make me think of Laura Prepon (the red hair girl in "that's 70s show").

The shadow on the eye is too much indeed, but it's the scanning problem 
Of course this would not change the constrast, just make everything brighter a bit.

Very good portrait but i have 2 questions :
1- Why is it blury on the left before the end of the DOF (compare the right and left 'low-face')? Have you tried to remove something?
2- Why almost cuting his right eye? He got something horrible above it?
Anyway it's a very good portrait, congrats

Your positionned the ring light very well around her "black-center-eye" (dunno the english word) and even if her expression is quite "sexy but ironicly", her perfect hair position "artistic like" is helping, it's too bad that the nose is overexposed and that her right chick reflect the light.
Good DOF, maybe a bit more closed may have allowed her left eye to be as sharp as the right-one.
Altho those critics it's a good shot.

Sorry i'll be rude but this photo is pointless.
It's blury, the fence ruined half of them, that red thing of left is very ugly (what is it btw?), we can't see any face that might have been the saving point and unfortunatly even the TV and pro-photographer shots are not interessant.
Bad subject, bad realisation.
