the blurring is due to the lens 'lensbaby' which by it's nature distorts the image in such way. As far as managing the exposure it was a trial end error. Lensbaby does not meter with NIkon D100 so I was adjusting shutter speed to manage acceptible exposure.

spectacular event. Nicely captured. The composition in my opinion suffers a little from the foreground trees and lamp but the effect captured makes up for it.

absolutely impresive. I've seen many pictures with this technique but yours is great. I love the dominant colors. With all this the border has to go. Something simple black would work better IMHO.

The zoom effect makes it look a little like 3D. Makes a static sport look quite dynamic. I like that effect a lot. I think that the left side with the dark area does not really contribute much. I would crop it somehow, maybe a square format with the climber in the upper left top.

Excellent idea. Globe looks like it's spinning but it obviously is not. Whatever you did to it the effect is fantastic.

Great illustration to the movie. Awesome "execution" of the shot and montage. Color is also very suitable. Great work.

Great job.

Ohh this is good. I love expressive car shots. I assume there was no PS just zoom effect. If you did use PS I would add some motion effect to the wheels. great shot.

Gregory, this is a great dynamic night shot. I love the composition and the movement of the cars. If you have a chanc to d it again do a 30secs. exposure to get continious light trails.

This is a very strong picture. Brutal sport shown in it's best. I think you blacked out the background on purpose? It works very well to emphesize the 2 fighters.

Sorry, but the composition is not working here for me the color of the lines and the way the car is crossing them. The shot is also a little soft. It looks like a snapshot grabbed as the car was driving away.
