Coming into SF from Marin is almost always like this! A thick layer of fog nesting over the city. No traffic...this must have been in a middle of the day!

I agree with the frame issue! I always trust the decision of the artist for presentation. People could offer their opinions...but they must realize that the one who spends most time with an image is in charge of its outcome.
