Alex, this is a great image. Expression, light, composition and exposition are all perfect. If I can make a smaal remark, I think that a bit less of DOF would have helped here to extract the two main characters from the background. Maybe it's still possible to blur the background off with some PS work? Great image altogether. Thx for sharing. Y

Wow Marek. Is it an effect you gave, or is it the film that recorded this? The colors are exceptional. Great composition and light too. This one goes to my favorites. Thx for sharing. Y

Well, you've got a nice image here. Excellent DOF and great composition. Maybe two little things: you should try to reshoot from lower, allowing more sky in the image. I think it could improve the overall mood of the picture. And you should resize the image with an appropriate tool. I don't know if it's the site that resized your image or if you did it yourself, but it looks overprocessed. Try using freewares like easythumbs to get it at the good size before uploading. Keep up the good work. Regards. Y

Hi Glenn, nice effect you have here. 2 points maybe here: 1/ The wheel should have been less (or more..) sharp. In its ^present state, it is somehow disturbing 2/ The tower visible at the top center of the image should be cloned out.
Hope this helps. CU Y

Very interesting image, Ryan. Why is it so small? The thumbnail is nearly an abstract, and the original image is fine. The only drawback: I wouldn't have included the green part of the background in the image. I find it a bit distracting. But now.. that's MY opinion :-) Regards.

Nice image, Arek. Maybe it would have been more dynamic if the blue caban wasn't that centered. Maybe cropping could help here. Otherwise, nice colors, cool exposure.

An unusual lkight quality here, Grace. Very finely rendered. Maybe that at the top of the image, the **very** dark sky should have been a little lighter.
Anyway, an excellent image. Thx for sharing. Y

I really love this image. The only problem I see is the lack of difference between the image and the background. If I were you, I would have framed it (see attach). What I upload is just a basic frame action; but I think you can do a lot better than what I did. Otherwise, the composition, colors, and mood of the image are really impressive. Thx for sharing. Y

I love the near-fight expression between the two protagonists of the image. It's really the start of a war (or a chess game :-) The impression is really nice. Congratulations. Y PS: who won? ;-)

Quite a good image, Raffaele. Lines are finely set, composition is nice. The only little problem for me is the blurgundy-blue cast (read magenta :-) in the trees at the top of the image. It gives an unnatural feeling to the image.

Nice shot, Jenny. The only thing I don't like is the shadow at the top of the image. I think it could be interesting to crop the image (or better yet, to reshoot it if possible). Otherwise, the composition is nice, the colors are great, and the light is good. Regards. Y

I just don't understand this image, J :-) Technically, the light is OK. The composition has a disturbing element to me, but I can't put my finger on it exactly. It has something to do with the repartition of the black area, that gives the impression that the image tilts a bit. And for the subject.. what is it? I would have appreciated a bit of explanation in the "About" field :-) CU Y

Aernout,
the image is nice indeed. Good composition, and a very fine mood. But if I were you, I would rescan it and post it a bit larger. Take also care about the white ouline around the bird, which is quite disturbing. And please, clone out the dust specks on the right of the image :-)
