Very nice crop. Makes for an interesting image.
I might have cloned out the people in the left side of the frame to match the color of the closest concrete.

Very nice perspective.
Might be better if the horizon was straightened.
You might have lost a bit of the boat, but it would have made for a better image overall.
Just my humble "point and shoot" opinion.
