This is a great photo, I enjoy seeing the range of tones on a B&W photo. The textures from the hat to the tones of her skin show great lighting control. By the way her eyes seems like shes saying " hey what do think of this photo, and makes you look around to see its details.
Well done, Andrew

I just finish reading articles about patterns of photographs, and this is a excellent way of displaying how well a pattern can look in a photo. Great Work.

I really enjoyed looking at this photo. It appears to be a shadow of a enormous character runnning from behind the clouds and soon to be making its steps in front of the horizon. Excellent Photo, with great colors.

Johathan, first I want to honestly thank you for bold opinion on my photo of "Vision of Beauty". Mabye it needs a name change. However, it's intension was at the technique of lighting of the photo. And eventhough she is then, her personal self is strong ( that her beauty).
Enough on that, your photograph is an excellent example how one can be drawn into a photo. The depth of field make me think of what lies beyond the mist. I imaging more sunflowers. Beautifully done. Also, it looks like the ones in the front are in shame while all the rest look upon them. " I think I am looking to hard into the photo. Thanks for sharing.

Picture of the can, it on a slant and once some one notices that they will be looking at the girl on the right side of the can the whole time saying that could of been in more focus. The girl takes the attention of the photo not the can. Now if that what you where aiming for great job.

Nice photo; however, I would look into using filters on your camera to make the background colors have deeper colors which will allow the forground objects stand out more in your photos

This is one of your best photos. I just have one critique though. I would of place her right hand a little further back so that the color of her skin on her hand wouldn't show right next to her face. All and all perfect picture.

I think this is a nice photo; however, these are things that I would suggest. 1. Move her back so that she wouldn't be so close to the left of the frame. Also, that would take her back out of the photo which doesn't seems to be arched and uncomfortable. 2. Never cut of the breast of a women in a frame. Especially, when it can be a asset to the photo.
3. ( This one is a give or take ) a light bouncing upward of a reflector ( soft light ) would probably dampen the redish cheeks and produce less shadows under the neck giving the photo more even tones. ( if thats what your aiming for )

Lips beautiful; however, I would ask did you mean to cut of the corner of her mouth on the right her right side and was it intentionally uneven in the frame. If so could compisitions. Otherwise, i would suggest taking a little more time to compose the shot.

Emil, this is another fantastic "painting w/ light photo". Soon I will get to try this technique and post one. Althought, I do have one thing to mention about this one. The show are her left hand on her face is distracting because of how it cause a thick line between her hand and the background.

This is a well taken photo. However, I would take more notice to the smaller details in the photo, such as the stray hairs that are somewhat visible above her arm. Its not a distraction from your model "Oh, no". Just a distraction to the photo. If you look at my example you will notice the absence of the strays

This is a perfect silhouette, and a fantastic moment to be captured on film. However, the complete blackness with no detail leave me with a bit of "HOW", because so much light surrounding and no hint of shadows or textures in the black. Just a thought.
Still love the shot though.
