Hi Manu, maybe nothing arty, but definitely something powerful. I really like your style of toning, quite impressive. Just curious why you left the tilt in the horizon. Very well captured photo, though.

Cheers,

hugo

Hi Manu, yeah, I see the likeness. Frankly, I think this one is a bit stronger (slight oversight on my part, only noticed the softness until it was too late) I like the moodiness of the subdued tones in your version, it gives the photo a very natural feel. Very good shot!

Cheers,

Hugo

Great photograph. Looks very panoramac and super wide. Looks very masterly. Check out Jay Maisel on Google or Yahoo. Your work is similiar to his.

A wonderful beach scene image, Manu! Fabulous comp - a delight to view! This one brings back memories - we stayed in Ramsgate before heading to Belgium on the ferry! Well captured!

Another great portrait Manu!
This one reminds me so much of some of the images from the 50's. Exactly the kind of thing you would see in "Life" or "Look" magazine as part of a "Men At Work" photo essay!
Keep up the good work!

A very magical looking image Manu.
This one just screams out for one of those little butterfly-winged fairies to be in the image
A cliche for sure but still a great project for someone.

fantastic Manu! i like really really much this kind of "social" portrait. The expression of Gary is speechless and your about gives a added value to his story.
Compliments and best of all

Roger - this was around 8.30am and although it was very warm, about 26C I think everyone was at work.. It is a stitch of just two images with a half tacked on the end for luck.

Thanks for popping by...speak soon

Hmmm. A bit different from our beaches here in Japan, where it's hard to avoid treading on people as you walk to the sea! Is this stitched from two or more images, Manu? Or trimmed from one?
