This would appear to be a manipulation of some sort although I am not sure. The light on the dog is unnattural considering the sky unless flash was used but why no light in the eys? I like it none the less. Perhaps a square crop. Regards.

Interesting graphic. I might prefer a crop just above the afro loosing the bell ans smidge on the sides. Otherwise I like it. Regards.

Your executioj is outstanding. Love the desaturation. Great line formed by the sillouetts. I like the soft effect of the sillouetts against the light. Has many possibilities for alternate crops. Very well done as is the body of your work here. Regards.

First I figure if your from Garland you get bonus points. LOL. Anyway you have some very nice work here Barry. I too am a friend of macro abstracts and or abstracts of ordianry objects. I like what you have done here. the color is fantastic with great geomotry in the mechanical elelments of the umbrella. Dead on composition fo this eye. Regarsds. Ill be back.

Hi Jim. No this is not another "cat shot". You have used creative composition, dof, light and toning to your advantage. Nice execution in all areas. Regards and thanks for the look.

You have some very strong work here Kostas. YOu asked about the size of my bicycle shot. Well it was scanned on a flatbed, a bad one at that from a print and had tons of artifacts. LOL. Anyway I really like this shot and your technique used.Your portfolio is a pleasure. Regards.

Yes flowers can be boring. They are way overdone and usually of the static forensic nature. But occasionally one comes along such as this where the photographer has interpreted the shot and through tone, dof, composition, etc. done something interesting. Well done. Very well done.
