mmm... I dont know about the comments left before. IMO, this shot is way over exposed... part of the reason could be the time in which this picture was shot. There is too much of light. Its better to shoot the skylines in the twilight. Or use Circular polarizer to cut down the light.

Nice angle on the shot. I think it's a little out of focus but that may be what you were aming for. I do however like the faded color look. Gives it a nice antique feel.
