I think this came out quite well considering the "accident". The only thing I don't care for is the dark space on the right. IMO I would have cropped it to the candles, or at least centered them.

I think in this image it would have been better to rotate the camera so as to make the castle walls vertical. Of course, that would tilt the horizontal lines, but they aren't as important in this kind of shot.
As to the position of the sheep (which add a very nice touch), I believe they're quite OK where they are. Leaving more space to their right would probably put the castle dead in the centre, and it would also lose some of the turret. Or maybe it wouldn't, if you walked back a bit.
Interesting sky colour, it does add to the atmosphere.

Interesting colors. Did you estimate the exposure? Although the warm light in the house adds another hue, I think the house is to much and distracts from the contrast of soft nothern light and the "rough" trees.
