This is a solid portrait, Robert. Nicely lit. I'm not seeing the exaggerated exposure ratios that Randy is. It makes sense her neck would be in shadow, since your softbox is so high.

Beautiful image, beautiful young lady.
Looks like the face is a bit overworked exposure wise. I'm looking at how bright her face seems to be and how "in the shadows" her neck is in comparison.
A very nice image reguardless.
