Nice rim light effect there Rohan!! Remember though, for Nature/Wildlife pictures, glint in the eye plus the sharpness of the whole subject is as important as the environment. Try this shot at other sunny angles and you'd be pleasantly surprised of the effects. Good eye!

Im kinda new to usefilm and digitel imaging but i will try to upload a bigger image. As for the stem as a blur i used the blur tool in photoshop. Im just trying to experiment. Thanks alot for all ur comments they really inspire a 16 year old kid like me!

It could be better if the lower part of the stem was in focus/sharp. I wonder wht the lower part of the spem was blur. It was of the same plane of the sharp/focus area.Could you explain my question?
