A very powerful image, there are so many emotions in her eyes, fear, hope and respect come to mind. I'm not a fan of solarisation so for me a straight monochrome print would show this image at it's best, but this is your art - thanks for sharing it with us.

I am amazed by going through your folio, u have really a God gifted eye.It really looks like women wore in their sharees. Its a wise idea to use B&W media to represent the textures.

The title of the image is symbolic. The "sikals" at the foreground is the symbol for bondage and the joyous children break the bondage to free themsleves. The blurred children shows the dynamism in your picture.
Only one thing the chains take more space in left side, probably due to use of a 20 mm lens the perspective got changed. I suppose if the actions of the boys were little bit larger then the pic may be more meaningful.
Though it should be taken in mind that u got very little time to capture this one.
Overall its a very good capture.
