The blue is from a blue pyrex baking dish. Lighting I used on camera flash but I put a diffuser over it. timing was just hit and miss, I think this took me around 20 takes to get.

they are rivets on an old bridge. Some of the images may get dumped once I shoot some more. My goal is 10-15 strong images for a gallery in Park City, Utah. I think that this and "Barb are the only two that will be used thus far. That is primarily my reason for posting all of these on Usefilm so I can get some feedback on the worthy images. Your comments are greatly appreciated.

I think this photo is really a disgust of picture, because' so much grainy,a unreal color and a subject too simple, I hope that her not places anymore' photo so' ugly because' and' a dishonor to have on the site mediocre people as you, I beg changes place. Sorry for my bad english. Regard,Paolo.
07/18/2003 Marco Grandi 2003DONOR (Karma: 31,615) For Giselle...THIS IS A GREAT PHOTO???? AH AH AH AH!!!!! Refuse to the pure state!!!!! Hi,baby!
Clearly you guys have something against Jeff, If you have some constructive criticism great, if not do not use this site to belittle people and degrade them. He clearly stated he was trying to try something new and was looking for some input and help. If any of you people don't know the purpose of this site let me remind you. THIS SITE IS HERE FOR PEOPLE TO LEARN! It is not here to come and show everyone how superior you are and belittle the people that in your eyes are not as skilled as you. Let it go, if this keeps up this site will soon become like the other sites that people came here to avoid. Let the egos go and be civil.

Alisa I like the color better than the BW I think the rust adn faded tones add to these shots. I do however think it would work better with a narrower border between the images.

This is a very nice picture. I do think it could use some more contrast.composition is excellent, mood is great.
I couldn't resist playing with it too since everyone else did. Don't worry it will get deleted after it is posted.

Ok now for my real opinion. (alot of members I am sure will get the last one.) I like the soft window light, the tones are great! The only nitpick I would give is it has a slight tilt to the right due to angle but like I said that is a nitpick. This shot gives a nice peaceful feeling.

This just doesnt do it for me, No DOF no focal point and green, sorry I am not a fluffer or apparently not an artist but I just dont see the point. To my eyes I see an out of focus shot that I probably would have thrown out. Sorry.
