I agree that the shadows on her face are a bit distracting...but overall a nicely executed idea...I don't find this "spooky" I find it thought provoking.

Be careful which digital camera you purchase Toni...not all do infrared. And yes, a good imaging program can turn color infrared photos to B&W...but don't greyscale them ever. Work with saturation and levels.

Kevin....IR photography tends to be on the soft side. Anything can be done in IR..its a different way of "seeing' things...its my pasion!

to answer Mike's questions.....i use a digital camera with a Hoya Infrared (R-72) filter...this photo was toned useing PhotoShop Elements.
