An amazing shot! If you look at it long enough, you start to see different things (or is that just me?).The pattern really keeps you in it. And the color...magnifique! Curiosity question: is the name of the bird actually "bird of paradise"? Once again, wonderful image!

the blue jeans in particular evoke stong memories of childhood - the long hours of just sitting and being at peace - you captured a moment of peace and beauty - I love this pose
