Strong contrast very good use of light, but i think that maybe if you took a from a low angle it would be much better, anyway i still love it

Everyone has seen the long shutter speed waterfall a millon times; try something original. Also your white balance is way off, don't use auto; try "cloudy" for a shot like that. Maybe if you used a Mac things would be different.

Horribly oversharpened with blueish white balance. Nice picture aside from that. What's that under the rock, is it some kind of troll?

Beautiful shot. It looks like there is a bit of a hot spot in the top center, but it might just be my monitor. I miss the fall colors being out here in CA...

A Beautiful photo! If I might suggest, you could fix the slight washing out a bit by increasing the contrast, reducing the lightness and increasing the saturation in Photoshop. I tried this and reduced the mid tones using the curves to put more punch into the saplings on the right hand side.

I like your composition with the stream edge leading back from the front right and I love the blurred water. What was your shutter speed?
Keep up the nice work, Greg

Indeed excellent colours and lighting.
I agree that reducing the yellow to just a sliver would add some more strength to the overall picture.

The topmost ridgeline seems a bit jagged, maybe oversharpened?

I want to be able to take a piccy like this !!

Love the composition. I rated this photo an 8. The reason for not rating the image a 10: I'm wondering if you could catch this scene when the sun is shining on the front of the rocks or side of the rocks and the trees in the valley? May not be possible but I think that kind of lighting would work really well.

I like this area. I took a look at the vertical version. Just some tips for next time you get here (if its near you). There is a lot of interesting textures and things to use as foreground. If there is a way to get to where the water is running toward the upper left... do so, I see some green folliage of there as well. Its hard to tell from both verions what kind of background you might have if there is trees or just sky. Get some ND and split ND's if needed.

I am not trying to take away from the image as its just such a beautiful area. Just trying to help .
