I like this a lot - the red sail in the foreground is a great contrast. Where is this?

Ahhhh. The mirror dinghy! That brings back memories... Used to sail alot in one of them. Nice to see they still exist! Nice framing with the bridge in the background. A pitty about the jetty, though. But then again, not much you could've done about that. Other than that, well composed, and a nice shot.
Cheers,
Hugo

sarà perchè ho difficoltà a capire l'astratto, ma questo movimento non mi convince... forse mi piacerebbe di più se almeno la parte più distante fosse nitida, così sì la parte più vicina dà idea di panning, ma quella distante di sfocato e roba simile

Very good, looks a bit like lego land with the bridge dwarfing the village so much, like the bridge shadows on the village and the landscape through the bridge

Hi Ali I like this shot a lot , it may be because I come from this part of Edinburgh that I can relate to it , but I also like it because of the scale of the image , the tall flats swamping the small car, it`s a great shot well done . You may be interested to know that some of the smaller flats have gone . my own site on this area can be viewed at http://niddrie.tripod.com/ Regards Scott

Beautiful contrast between the sky and the red of the bridge with the buildings below dwarfed and looking very toy like.
