a nice perspective on the SOH. This is clear and composed well. I would like to see it fill more of the frame, but you did nail the composition that you saw.

this portrait certainly tells a story. a story of joy and excitement. i think this would be better in color; or all in B/W so we are not left wondering why some have the markings in color and then others do not.

great combination of compositional components. Red sofa that complements both the dress and her skin. The contrast of the cool white and the blue in the background. Wonderful work!

I like the soft focus...some may say it is too severe. I think it just directs the eye to what is important here. Naivete and simplicity exposed perfectly.

The two of you are well on your way. She has the attitude and the looks; you have the ability to capture it. One thing I noticed is that her clothes do not accentuate her enough in the background. Too similar in tonal quality. Excellent work!
