Thanks for the info. Wow, yours is multicolored too. I was just fascinated with the stamens on this thing. It looked like some sort of alien life form.

looks like a passion vine flower. i have one in purple in my backyard.. I've yet to get a good exposure of it, but here it is--
your shot is well done, great details and exposure...

Sometimes you fiddle with things and they just feel right to you. This is one of my favorite shots......this old codger. But the color version lacked the sense of loneliness I felt when this fellow passed by, so methodically, so slowly.......like a ghost.

The dynamics of the ridges seemed to be complimented with this particular shade, and if you move your cursor up and down rapidly it will actually "shudder" a bit. [More so on a flat screen perhaps.]
