I am not sure what you are trying to protray within this image. The landscape and the people compete with each other. The image needs one of the elements taken out or recomposed.

My eye wants to move into the landscape and the poeple are more of a void or a distraction.

Just an opinion.

I would like to see a little blur in the wheel to show more action with in the shot (slower shutter speed with flash sync).

Also I think a lower angle would give it a more dramatic look and feel.
