Nice shot, interesting model. Light on the models face is simply fantastic. However, different planes for light cutoff/shadow parts on face and clothing (created by hair shadow and reflections on the sleeve) add to the persons natural features (long neck), giving strange impression that the head "floats" somewhere behind the body. Maybe some separation from background would help?
