I'm with Gary on this image, it has the makings of an engaging and intersting photograph with a story but that bin has got to go!.....the drink on the table in front of the person who is holding a drink is a worry Simon but your idea is very good and I would try some variations on this theme....you can go well. cheers, david.

This has the makings of a good image but is a little cluttered to have the desired effect. The eye is drawn too easily to the wheelie bin, the sign outside and the coat or bag on the seat. Might also look better in black and white.
Regards, Gary

Slow shutter speeds can be fascinating, what I have here are the more visual attempts, and after a bit of practise you do get more predictable results although it can be a bit hit and miss. These shots are umcomposed with the camera on apperature priority while I was driving, so the shots are semi-accidental. The more interesting thing was seeing shots from the drivers seat. But the very blurry thing might be more interesting in colour.

Thanks. I was going kind of east while the sun was setting, hence the sign and mirror doing what it did. But the shaky thing do interesting things.

I haven't seen it...

An alternative title for this would have been "I was just driving along and a thunder-bolt overtook me..."
