I did notice the white streak on the blue sky, which was the first jet plane I saw roaring the morning sky that day. Kinda wanna keep it up there;)

For this particular picture, I create a new layer, ctrl-A on the new layer, go to edit, click on 'stroke', put the number for your preference pixel of the stroke, then ctrl-D, ctrl T (transform), I put 80 and 80 for Height and wide respectively. Then click enter. Hope this helps... Meigy
