The subject is well chosen. "Abstract" rather than Architectural is the good choice because of the diagonals. It takes me few second to analyse what I was seeing. It a amazing composition anyhow.
Could have work well in architectural if it was upright. And maybe not!

A quite nice portrait, I would however have liked if the background had been horizontal. But I like the boat passing, it adds some life to the scene.

hi Dan,
I think this is a very nice picture. I like the lighter background with the contrast and focus entirely on the model. Too bad the boat just came by, it distracts from the girl. The rest of the background is straight lines, which goes well. But maybe you liked the boat there, I'm sure it's entirely personal taste.

I think this image is really as nice as the subject permitted, and I like it a lot. I love what you did here with the tones and the contrast, as it is. I love the grain and the irregular burning and the slightly blurry feel, which I often go for myself using PS...
Splendid shot. No flaw. Maybe the angle or composition could have been even better, I wouldn't know, but I really like what I see. Regards.
