Super shot John. With just enough shutter to get movement but not so blurry that is is fogged out. The sky is also phenomenal.
One thing though i find the busy frame a distraction.

Surreal contrast between the preceived movement of the clouds and the relative stillness of the water. The colors are phenominal...the grays of the sky to the blue-green of the ocean...very nicely done.
