Great shot John. Your website is very good - I see you are selling up to 20X30inch prints! What method are you using to up res, genuine fractals or PS etc? Thats a huge print from a 6mp sensor.
Regards,
Collin.

You have an excellent handle on foreground, mid ground and distant focual points as to consistently create a strong visual impact. I notice that it looks like you have a few colored split filters to enhance the effect of what you have already before you. Is that right? if so which brand of filters are you using? So far i am only using ND filters of the "LEE" brand as they are large enough to accommodate my 12-24mm lens without vinyetteing. (hmmm is that the spelling?)

Beautiful -- I like the orange against the more neutral sand and sky.

Another great shot...how would this one have worked if you had gone for a tighter crop, so as to have less sand in the foreground and maybe taken the photo closer to the sculpture but still having that beautiful pavilion on the right...yes, a different POV altogether, I know...the sculptures must have been impressive up close...

Spectacular shot...so much to look at and observe....made easier with the loops in the sand letting your eye travel from the hotel/bathers pavilion (??) in the distance..and the spots of orange in the water and then on the right with the umbrellas...told you I looked at this one for awhile!! :)

this is a great series John. You can taste the mood of the moment. Even though the lighting is subtle the image remains strong and interesting.

This is a great photo, John. The sky is amazing. The perspective, composition and colors are great. My only problems are with the muted tones and the bright halo where land meets sky on the left. I would prefer a photo with somewhat more oomph where the rocks in the foreground have more of an impact and help balance out the strength of the sky.
I've attached an example of what I mean.
