Great foreground and lighting. Although i think that the distant rock on the horizon being fight in the center makes the image just a little less dynamic then it might have been if it was off centered somewhat.

....what can I say John, this is a smashing shot, beautifully executed, this morning I am out looking for creative shots that evoke some feeling, some sense of place, real or imagined, portraits that are more than just another picture, I know each to his own but some work is just plain plain and other work is just good....like 'Early Morning' here! cheers,david.

I much prefer this one. Compositionally it is even stronger than the other image. The light has been captured well, and the long exposure has blurred the sea beautifully.
