My intention was certainly to capture the lights in the refinery and I must admit it was lucky that there was such a beautiful sunset at the time.

I think it´s a clever idea to capture a sunset with a industrail view ... but i don´t think that was your intention. Your work was to capture the industry and you waited for the sun to go down and all lamps be turned on. Good work Paul!

Nice created diagonal with the branch, the contrast between un moving branch and watrer in motion is great!

I´m surpriced to see nature shots from you, but i like to be surpriced

As already noted this makes a lovely natural abstract. Lovely tones and beautiful movement in the water. I'm more of a nature shooter myself so I prefer the first colour shot as it holds more interest in the scene for my tastes but I still really do like viewing this one. Each has a different mood so aren't really comparible images. Beautiful shot.

Oh this is soooo lovely Paul. A wonderful abstract. Both of the photos are wonderful views but I think with me being a big fan of Black and white I like this version I little more ......
