This is a really nice shot! I like the way the clouds played with the landscape, making the forground darker and patches in the background. Nice countryside! Pat

Thank you very much, I have taken your advice and cropped the image, it does look much stronger as it puts more emphasis on the girl, so thank you. All the best, Emily.

What a super image Emily. The subtle colours are tremendous and it does make one think- why is she there. Is she waiting for someone.it will be a much stronger image if tou trim it mid way between the left hand of the seat and the edge of the image.

Nice image Emily and it conveys the title very well.Perhaps if we had more saturation in ths branches. Ay present some ends of the branches are missing. Don't worry about it as this will come with experience.

I like this shot a lot, Emily! It is very peaceful and the tones are good! You also captured the reflections well. After looking at the b&w version I think I like that one even better. It looks sharper to me. Both are well done!

Thank you both for your comments, yes that is a wonderful interpretation of the photograph, adds a sense of charm to it. I changed the image to black and white and wonder which one you think looks best? all the best, emily.

I like this scene. The low light adds a touch of mystery. Makes me wonder if she is waiting for a friend or lover?

It's really surreal and relaxing.
And as far as the colors and reflections I think you captured that. Very nice.
