Ah, yes, Amsterdam...what a nice city! I was there, last year, and I'll be there, again, later this year.

A lovely reflection image, with great colours!

A lovely Autumn scene, Joseph. I particularly like the way the laneway leads the viewer's eye into the image. Well captured!

Oh, Wolf, what a lovely scene. I see you're from the Netherlands....what a wonderful country! I was there, in the Summer, last year, and I'm coming back over there in December, this year. I hope to get some nice winter shots, this time.

Hi AJ

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment.

Yes, I noticed a few of the 'regulars' have been posting some images, and lodging a few comments. I've got a little bit of spare time at the moment, but that won't last for long...I've got some very busy times ahead, and seven weeks away in Europe at the end of the year. After that, hopefully, I'll have some great winter shots to post. :)

Once again, thanks, AJ, it was nice to hear from you!

Cheers

Hey, Paul!

Another fine portrait. You do these so well!

The only query I have is concerning the 'white' patches in her hair. Is that area 'blown out'?

Cheers

Hey, Teunis, what a great scene! During my time in the Netherlands last year, I really enjoyed capturing windmill images. I never tired of seeing them. I'm looking forward to visiting there, again, in Dec/Jan. This time I hope to get some nice winter shots.

Cheers

A nice portrait image, Pim. I'm not 100% sure about the pose. To me, the position of the foot against the tree is a little 'unnatural' or 'forced' looking....particularly for a model wearing a dress. Perhaps this pose would be better suited to a model wearing a pair of jeans. This is just my opinion....others may disagree.

In saying that, it's still a classy image, with a lovely setting, good lighting, and nice tones.

Cheers

Hi Unni

A nice image, with lovely colours.

The horizon needs to be straightened...it's tilting downhill to the right.

What a shame there is not a silhouette of a person in the foreground, or a small boat on the water. IMHO, that would greatly improve the appeal of the image.

Even so, as I said, it's still a lovely image.

Cheers

Phil
