Getting shots like this one in Luss was easy. Practically everywhere you turned there were postcard views. The difficult part was selecting which one you wanted to take and when. I have some more and will post them as I am able.

I have always been a fan of the patterns in nature and this rock outcropping just caught my eye. In fact this is one of two shots of this particular outcropping, the other one is closer in without any water and may be the better of the two.
The only adjustment that I had to make to this photo, other than the requisite resize, was to crop it a little on the left and bottom to remove some of the ferry boat.

This was the endpoint of a Canadian Rockies Rail Tour in 2004. Even though this was July, it was only in the 50s (F) in Banff.
This made the alpine experience more realistic.
