This is Ontonagan? It reminds me a bit of New York's Finger Lakes. Beautiful lakeshore, increasingly impressive wine, and a fine image. It does seem a bit cyan-heavy to me, and the sky overexposed. Maybe some fiddling with "Selective Color would be useful? Good work though, Kim. You've captured the winery architecture and setting beautifully.

Great perspective, with beautiful colors. I love my 19-35mm, it opens so many different angle. Keep up the good work.

Very fine work Kim. If I saw this though my viewfinder, I would be satisfied! I think you would get lots of buyers - if you resolve the legal query. I agree with Stefan, as this has a Central American, indigenous architectural look to it! Impressive PS work and subject placement.
Personally, I'd be tempted to 'magic wand', the lake and mountains (seperately), to differentiate and reduce the blue tinge. Also,, extra photo filter work might produce wonderful images. As this exceptional landscape/ architecture shot, has so much potential.

Fantastic shot. I do like the version less the blue cast. I love the composition of your photo.... very sharp.

Here's with a little more PS work to try to get rid of the blue cast... added a bit more yellow into the mix... Thanks again Stefan for noticing... I think it's more true to life now! Hopefully someone can help me with my legal question.. I should really just post it in the forums... Cheers

I added a gradient blue to the sky in PS, but I will have to try to reduce it in the rest of the image. Thanks for the comments! It's good to have a pair of fresh eyes to see what I missed! Cheers

That certainly is an unusual bunker-like building they have there - but what a view! I agree with Stefan about the blue in the photo.

That looks like a mayan temple! Hard to go wrong with this view. Seems to me that there is a slight excess of blue in the image. Can't help you with the legal questions...
