nicely over exposed!!! Don?t know if you have any control over it with the toy camera but its fantastic! Everything is going up! In my opinion your not taking enough cityscape photographs, not that I don?t like your concert portraits they are perfect its just that im really enjoying your cityscape! :) 7/7 thank you for your comments on my images

holga more bleached than ever...not sure whether it is the result of overexposure or post-process but as a result the mood is remarkably different: definitely smoother and thicker, in a way. like this "milky" effect very much - it fits the desolation of a leaves-less tree surrounded by the soul-less buildings.
should be in nyc in mid april - will drop a mail as time approaches...

hey bro,
creative stuff at least. the overexposure and the ghost-like look is thrilling. "ghost town" would be a great title alternative IMHO.
good one!

Carlheinz, you mentioned ebay.de, and you're right, they have lots of Pouva Starts and Certo phot cameras! Would my ebay account also be good for the German ebay? And also, would Paypal convert Euros to dollars and vice versa?

urban landscape as seen through the eyes of a person who can really appreciate their strength and artistic value!!! this is most beautiful dear CB... the contradiction in content (buildings - tree) strongly opposes the soft almost dreamy blue... the levels distinguished by the building lines complete the curves of the branches... indeed, there is an otherwordly feel to it... maybe not that of the atomic bomb scene for me but certainly that of city loneliness... a real walk in a lonely dream... simply adore it!!! congrats my friend... a proof that it is the photographer that matters the most and not just the equipment!!! best regards... emy :)

i almost hate to say it because it's such a horrible thought, but it reminds me of the bright flash of a nuclear bomb. reminds me of a couple of pics in michael light's "100 Suns" book, documenting in photos some of the nuclear weapons testing between 1945 and 1962. sorry, it's something i just feel strongly about/against. this photo reminds me of it. i'm sorry if you didn't mean it that way.
if i may, from the book:
"Any conscious person instinctively turns away. That is why these photographic images from the era of atmospheric nuclear detonation remain utterly relevant, beyond the historic interest of the extreme cultural moment they capture. Photographs only tell us about the surface of things, about how things look. When it's all we have, however, it's enough to help understanding. It happened. It is happening. It exists. May no further nuclear detonation photographs be made, ever." - Michael Light
