Very interesting portfolio and I like seeing the many experimental shots. I like what you have done here, but I find the movement a little too much compositionally. The lack of a larger section in the bottom with clear focus takes away from the overall images form and leaves it difficult to view and really appreciate what is there for extended time. The motion is great, but I think with the bottom section raised a little and clearer, the more dominant forms would play off the movement more effectively. either way, keep it up and nice work.

Infrared is something that never gets old with me.Isn't it great that it's now possible with the digital cameras? Rick

Is this near the Natual Bridge? Great shot, the sky does look a little 3D-ish. Did you do that in Photo Chop or shutter speed?

Picture this; *** A child enters a toy store with his mother by his side. He wonders around the aisles looking at the toys, picking one up every so often and examining it with naieve interest. Half an hour passes and the boys mother has been following him around, glancing at her wrist watch constantly hoping the boy will not find anything he likes. Then, like a sudden burst of an erupting volcano, the boy grabs his mothers hand, radiating elation, and jumping up and down, pointing to something at the end of the aisle, screaming "Mummy, Mummy, I want that one! I want that one! ***
That boy is me, and this is what I want! I love this, it is a wonderfully captured piece of work - epitomised by the movement in the clouds.

Wow, this is great. such contrast between the stillness of the trees and the movement of the sky. I love the sky! Did you use a long exposure? Regards, Gaja

I love infrared and think you did a great job on this shot. I have only shot infrared in film, was not even aware it could be shot digitally. Your image has a real 3D effect. I like...
