I absolutely think this is very cleverly done. I have to agree with Karen though about the 'missing person' with the person there I'd give this a 7+ !!

A nice intimate portrait-strenghtened by the fact that you cannot see their faces as they are hiding in the shadow-but still you can see the expression on the two men's faces as they are having a friendly conversation. I love the reflection surrounded by the soft glow of the light coming in through the window. There's one thing that has me baffled-their faces are looking straight ahead of them-and yet there is nobody there to be seen-I think including that person in the image would help some. The title is clever as I can now see the clock on the wall. There is a very noticeable tilt-so I am guessing that it was intentional-personally I do not like tilts in images-but to each their own. Overall a good shot.
