EXCELLENT IMAGE! :) DOF is plenty deep, and the various colors and qualities of the lighting are beautiful. Hubba hubba. Debbie, your attached picture is lovely as well. A little soft on the edges of the petals, but I daresay that's a "fringe" effect of using a feathered selection in Photoshop to cut the flower out of its original surroundings. Not a displeasing effect, but some might think it the result of a shallow DOF. However, I likes it a lot. Good job, both of you! :)
Hi Danny. I have just finished a photo similar to this beauty. I haven't quite got the composition exaclty like I wanted it. I'll post it tho with this comment for you to see. I see we have a similar love for the beauty of nature's flowers. You really do an excellent job with your flower portraits. I always love looking at them. This image is just another example or your talent I love to see.
